Partnership Agreement signed between KLAK – Icelandic Startup and ISIPO

Participants in accelerators and courses organized by KLAK - Icelandic Startup, as well as staff and mentors, will be offered education about the importance of intellectual property rights, according to a new partnership agreement that Borghildur Erlingsdóttir, General Director of the Icelandic Intellectual Property Office and Ásta Sóllilja Guðmundsdóttir, CEO of KLAK - Icelandic Startup, signed today. Up to six participants in Hringiða, Dafna, and, or Gulleggið will be invited to a collaborative search regarding patents, free of charge. The ISIPO will also nominate a representative to the review group and jury of Gulleggið.

Gulleggið 2024 will be held tomorrow, Friday, February 9, at 16 in Groska. It will then be revealed which of the ten teams that made it to the finals will win this year.
