World IP Day event well attended

An event held by the Icelandic Intellectual Property Office at Harpa concert and conference centre in Reykjavik last week was very well attended. About seventy people made their way to Harpa to listen to the speakers, in addition to the many who watched online.

At the event, five female leaders from the innovation and intellectual property sector gave interesting presentations on a wide range of topics related to intellectual property rights.

The event was held on the occasion of the World International Property Day. This year's theme was Women and IP - Accelerating innovation and creativity.
