New Regulation on Service Fees for the Icelandic Intellectual Property Office

A new regulation on service fees for the Icelandic Intellectual Property Office, concerning rights granted under Act No. 17/1991 on Patents, Act No. 45/1997 on Trademarks, and Act No. 46/2001 on Designs, will take effect on February 15, 2025.
The regulation, numbered 1279/2024, was published in the Official Gazette on November 14, 2024, and will be accessible on the Icelandic Intellectual Property Office's website from February 15, 2025.
